I wrote this post a few years ago, but I was just talk to a friend about it. Since ’tis the season to write letters of recommendation, I think it’s interesting to revisit. I, of course, also feel that ETS has a classist monopoly. Oh, sweet college admissions process — so arbitrary you are.

Sorry this comment has nothing to do with this post. Wasn’t sure how else to contact you. I saw that you had your wedding at Bar Harbor Inn. We were thinking about holding our wedding there and wanted to know how your experience with the venue went. thanks for any advice you can provide. Tara
